In addition, ACE will continue to do the following:
- Students and staff are being encouraged to frequently hand wash and keep contact to a minimum.
- We have increased the frequency with which we clean our premises and are ensuring the cleaning standards are consistent with government advice.
- We have restricted movement outside the training centre and have cancelled any non-essential meetings and visits.
- For external appointments, we are ensuring we take the same precautions and share our guidance with all associates.
If it becomes necessary, our systems can be accessed remotely and used by some staff who can work from home. We will endeavour to keep learning disruption to our students to a minimum but are informing parents, carers and associates that there may be circumstances in which we are unable to facilitate uninterrupted learning or support, if, for example, a student, staff member or family member is self-isolating or if Government policy changes. If these issues arise in connection with your association with ACE, we will inform you accordingly and we will continue to keep you updated as necessary via email or our social media streams.
If, as a result of the way that this situation is affecting you personally, you need ACE to make some adjustments to our programme delivery to you or a student under your care, we will do all that we can to safely support your request.
Above all, student and staff safety remain our top priority at all times.
